Registration to the conference is free of charge for all academic participants. Commercial participants are kindly requested to contact directly the secretariat at ccp-conference@img.cas.cz.

Networking Event

Participation in the networking event (dinner) on 15 September 2022 is subject to an extra charge 1,000 CZK.

Abstract Submission

Cancelation Policy

The Conference organizer must be notified in writing by e-mail (ccp-conference@img.cas.cz) in the event of the cancellation of the participation. Cancellations by phone will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference.
The following cancellation conditions apply:
- Written cancellation received before 28 August 2022 (23:59 CET): a full refund of the fee will be made minus 200 CZK handling fee.
- From 29 August 2022 to 7 September 2022 (23:59 CET), 50 % refund is available.
- After 7 September 2022 unfortunately no refunds are possible.
